Housing affordability in Australia sparks strong public debate as it excludes many young and low-income households from entering the home owners market. This studio explores the role of architects in designing smaller scale ways of living comfortably, and extract maximum efficiency out of the space we have.

 Developed for a young couple, the exploration brought up the notion of escape where each space demonstrates distinct quality to reconnect to nature. Interconnected, fluid and Flexible.
